We follow the 4-point-system of quality checking in our fabric checking process. We keep records of approved trim cards and swatches for each order with the authorised signatures of merchandisers, quality manager & production head.
Our CAD department is loaded with Richpeace software. All SOP’s before releasing bulk production patterns are followed.Once the markers are checked and authorised by the quality testing team, it is transferred to the cutting section for further processing.
All processes in the sequence like fabric relaxing, laying, cutting, numbering, checking, re-cutting, fusing, bundling & issuing are followed with their respective documentations. For the fusing process, we use a fusing machine which has a belt with a width of 100 centimetres of the brand “VEIT” for Blazer parts & 60 centimetres belt fusing machine for Trouser parts
We use special top-of-the-line auto programmed sewing machines from brands like DURKOP ADLER, STROBEL, PFAFF & JUKI. For pressing, we use machines from MACPI, BRISAY & VEIT. Most of the machines used are of German origins.
We use Auto Tape Feeder for Armhole tape attaching and Bridle tape attaching, Auto Pocket Welt for Welt pocket operations, Cylindrical Bed Machineries for basting operations, Auto Shmahole machine for sleeve buttonhole, Step-cut edge cutter machine for Lapel attach, Auto programmed fulness machines for sleeve, shoulder pad attachment and armhole closing operations and use Multi-Keyhole Options machines for keyhole operations.
We uses an auto programmed pressing machineries for inline pressing such as MACPI for auto flap press, VEIT for Front Shaper Press, MACPI for Welt Pocket Press, MACPI 3 seamer for back & side seam press at the same time, MACPI bottom creasing machine, MACPI Lapel Edge Seam presser, BRISAY Laper Break press. We also use BRISAY auto programmed front shaper buck press machine, Auto programmed Back shaper buck press machine, auto programmed shoulder shaper buck press machine, and BRISAY auto programmed sleeve cushioning buck press machine.
